Room rates include a full breakfast with organic ingredients.
Room rates are based on double occupancy - additional persons (up to 2)
per room will be charged $35 per person per night.
Room rates do not include sales tax.
Check in time is 4:00 - 6:00 pm unless an alternate time is requested.
Check out time is 10:00 am unless an alternate time is requested.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Refunds made is notice received 14 days prior to reservations.
